The BWHICH Club is a community made up of our most loyal customers.
The purpose of this community is not only to build customer loyalty, but also to establish a strong understanding with them so as to meet all their requests or even anticipate them.
This is why we wish to get to know each of our customers in depth, so that we can fulfil and anticipate all their desires, as well as make them happy with discounts, promotions and/or gifts that are always appreciated.

Benefits for members
Users who comply with the following rules, in order to join and continue to be part of the BWHICH Club, will be able to enjoy the following benefits:
- a 10% discount for each social network on which you follow us (*)
- a 10% discount after a first purchase (both online and in one of our stores) (*)
- a 30% discount for a period of three days before and after your birthday
To receive the discount related to social networks, you must send us a message via the contact form or WhatsApp and indicate your account name for the relevant social network so that we can verify your affiliation. Once the verification has been completed, you will receive an email, at the address specified during registration, containing the discount code.
The discount after the first purchase must be validated by sending us a message, via the contact form or WhatsApp, containing the order reference code. Once its validity has been verified, you will receive an email, at the address specified during registration, containing the discount code.
Membership rules
To be part of this community, the user agrees to follow these rules:
- acceptance of all cookies used by our website
- registration on our e-commerce website or in one of our stores
- acceptance of the Privacy and Cookies Policy wherever required on our website
- subscription to our newsletter
- completion of your profile details relating to the BWHICH Club
- making at least one purchase every 6 months
